Formerly known as Casa Ponte Beach House, now Villa Del Rey is a fully updated vacation villa with approximately 5,000 square feet of living space and 6,000 square feet of beautiful patios, courtyards and outdoor dining/seating areas, overlooking Jaco Beach and the Pacific Ocean.

Located directly on Jaco Beach - Less than 5 minutes to Jaco Center where you will find amazing nightlife, casino, restaurants, groceries, shops and more.

Currently, Villa del Rey consists of 8 bedrooms with a total of 12 beds. The villa will be closed for a couple months to build 3 additional bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the second floor above the current master bedroom 1.

The main living area includes a fully-equipped kitchen ideal for chef service, comfortable living room with pool table and a dining area. The villa also includes wireless internet, daytime maintenance, overnight doorman, and daily housekeeping just to name a few...
