Casa Dulce is a spacious beach house

This villa has approx 4300 sq ft. of living space and beautiful beach frontage, on a large lot in the quiet area of Jaco's South Beach. Fully air conditioned, high ceilings, and airy interiors make it very fresh. Enjoy sunsets by the pool, surf, have a bbq and gaze at the stars...

The Main House includes living room area with sofas, big TV, large open concept kitchen ideal for chef service, a pool table than can be converted to a dining table. Upstairs Mater Bedroom has a King bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 Double beds and also has access to the balcony. The third bedroom has 2 Queen size beds and a half bathroom. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom across the hallway.

Adjacent to the main house entrance is another structure with outside access which houses a total of 6 bedrooms. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, The first bedroom has its own private bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a jack and jill bathroom. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor, each with their own full bathroom. Each of these 6 bedrooms has a door which lead to direct outside access to get to the main house.

In the main house, upstairs has the master bedroom with private en-suite bathroom, TV and excellent beach, ocean and sunset views. The second bedroom has 2 queen size beds with half bath, and the third bedroom has 2 double beds with ocean views... for a total of 3 bedrooms [5 beds] and 2 full bathrooms [plus one half bath].
