This
is a designer home in nice location
with high ceilings and an eclectic mixture of
modern and rustic styles. It is secure and fully
air-conditioned. Large and completely private
pool, next to a thatch-roofed slate rock terrace
and gas barbecue grill. The property is walled-in
and consists of a two bedroom, two bathroom, main
house and two adjacent self-sufficient efficiency
apartments with private bathrooms and independent
street entry. An interior walkway connects the
apartments to the rest of the property.
The main house has King and Queen bedrooms with
private bathrooms and open to the pool area. The
Master bedroom has TV. The living room has a twin
sofa-bed and a loft with two Twin beds (80 cm
wide). The living room also has extra comfortable
couches and seats 11 people around a TV with DVD
player, stereo with CD player, and internet connection.
The main house kitchen is ample and well equipped.
Each of the two apartments have one double bed
and two twin beds or sofabeds. Each has TV, a
small kitchen, private bathroom, and safe deposit
box.
